Despite those individual feats, tensions have been rising at the Santiago Bernabéu, with fans voicing their frustration after Real Madrid ended the season without a trophy.
Since arriving on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain, he has recorded 86 goals and 12 assists in 103 appearances for Real Madrid.
At international level, Didier Deschamps has called Mbappe up for the 2026 World Cup, where he’ll aim to extend his legacy and move closer to the tournament’s all-time records.
