FC Andorra owner Gerard Pique has been handed a six-match stadium ban following an outburst directed at match officials during last week’s game.
The Spanish Football Federation also suspended the former Barcelona defender from all official football duties for two months, according to a statement released Wednesday.
After Andorra’s 1-0 home defeat to Albacete on Friday, referee Alonso de Ena Wolf recorded in his report that Pique addressed officials in an aggressive and threatening manner, according to Spanish media.
Pedimos hace un mes al CTA que Ena Wolf no arbitrara más partidos del FC Andorra. Es un árbitro que no tiene el nivel y es evidente que tiene un tema personal contra nuestro club.

Several other club officials were implicated as well. Andorra president Ferran Vilaseca received a four-month ban, while sporting director Jaume Nogues was given the same six-match suspension and two-month prohibition from official activity as Pique.
The RFEF disciplinary committee additionally ordered Andorra to shut its presidential box and VIP sections for two matches and imposed a €1,500 fine on the club, about $1,762.
The loss on Friday significantly damaged Andorra’s push for a promotion playoff spot, leaving them eight points outside the top six with four fixtures remaining.
