San Antonio Spurs forward Keldon Johnson was named the 2025-26 NBA Sixth Man of the Year on Wednesday.
The 26-year-old averaged 13.7 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists while shooting 52% from the field. He joins Manu Ginobili, 2007-08, as the only Spurs to win Sixth Man of the Year.
Johnson appeared in all 82 games and scored 1,081 points off the bench, topping Ginobili’s 927 points from his award-winning season.
A global media panel of 100 voters selected the winner of the 2025-26 Kia NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award.

Johnson received 63 first-place votes, finishing ahead of Miami’s Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Denver’s Tim Hardaway Jr.
Jaquez Jr. earned 34 first-place votes to take second. Hardaway Jr. didn’t receive a first-place vote but placed third overall with seven second-place votes and 24 third-place votes.

It’s Johnson’s first individual honor since the Spurs drafted him 29th overall in 2019. He has one year remaining on his contract and is set to earn $17.5 million next season.
