Filipe Luis is reportedly being considered to replace Liam Rosenior at Chelsea after Flamengo dismissed him in early March.


The 40-year-old had a standout 18-month run at Flamengo, capturing both the league title and the Copa Libertadores.

 
Filipe Luis was surprisingly dismissed after an 8-0 win over Madureira RJ, following reports that BlueCo had interviewed him.

  
Filipe Luis reportedly believed he was discussing the role to replace Enzo Maresca, but later discovered the talks were for the Strasbourg job and withdrew.


Per The Mirror, former Chelsea player Filipe Luis is now a candidate to take charge of the Blues.


Chelsea are currently evaluating multiple options, with Cesc Fabregas, Andoni Iraola, and Marco Silva among those linked to the job.
