Ajax Amsterdam led the way in agent fees among Dutch clubs, spending €21,411,506 in the 2024/25 season, nearly a third of the total €66,966,491 spent by clubs in the Eredivisie and Eerste Divisie. This is according to a document released by the Dutch FA (KNVB).
PSV and Feyenoord followed Ajax, with agent fees of €13,854,606 and €13,745,000, respectively. Other clubs with significant agent fees include AZ (€5,396,684) and Heerenveen (€2,060,000).
Ajax led the pack in the Netherlands with 23 transfers in the 2024/25 season, including 9 sales that raked in €69.24 million.
PSV (€13,854,606) and Feyenoord (€13,745,000) followed closely, with AZ (€5,396,684) and Heerenveen (€2,060,000) also shelling out significant agent fees.
In the Eerste Divisie, Willem II and Almere City topped the agent fees list. Excelsior led with €469,414, almost double second-placed Cambuur Leeuwarden's €245,549.
Telstar's promotion to the Eredivisie is impressive, especially considering they spent just €47,510 on agent fees in the Eerste Divisie - one of the lowest in the league.
The KNVB has been publishing agent fee numbers since FIFA introduced the FFAR, requiring clubs to disclose fees paid to agents registered with the FA since October 2023.
