Denmark is launching a new kit for their crucial World Cup qualifying playoff match against North Macedonia on March 26 at the Parken Stadium. The kit, designed by Hummel, aims to unite players and fans, symbolizing Danish football's story and future. “It's a shirt for all Danes,” says Lars Stentebjerg, Hummel's director.
The new shirt features a classic red base color with a V-neck collar, white contrast lines, and subtle vertical stripes. The DBU crest and Hummel logo are centrally placed on the chest. Peter Moller, DBU's football director, says the kit represents the national team's values and Denmark's dreams.
“We have created a jersey that tells the story of Danish football, but also looks to the future,” says Lars Stentebjerg, director of Hummel, who has designed the new shirt.
“It's a shirt for all Danes. Whether you're standing in the Parken Stadium, watching the match from home, or playing yourself on the local pitch, this is a piece of Danish identity that you can wear with pride when things go up and when things go down.”

“The new shirt symbolizes everything that the national team stands for,” says Peter Moller, director of football at DBU. “When the players run onto the field in these colors, they carry all of Denmark's dreams on their shoulders. The players love playing for the national team, and are always proud to represent Denmark and millions of Danes, and I know that they will do everything to win every time and rally the Danes around the team.”
Hummel and the Danish FA usually unveil a new men's national team jersey every two years, keeping the team's look fresh.
