The Washington Commanders and Jacksonville Jaguars are set to clash in the 2026 NFL London games. The Commanders will play a home game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, while the Jaguars will play two home games in London - one at Wembley Stadium and another at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
This will be the Commanders' third international game, having played in London in 2016 and Madrid in 2025. The Jaguars, on the other hand, have played in London annually since 2013 (except for 2020) and will be playing back-to-back games in London for the third time.
“Playing in the NFL's first regular season game in Spain and experiencing the passion of fans was truly special and reaffirmed the power of and excitement for the Commanders and NFL globally,” Washington Commanders managing partner Josh Harris said.
†London is home to some of the most passionate sports fans in the world. We're grateful for the opportunity to bring the Commanders and NFL football to this unique city. This trip represents another meaningful moment to engage new communities, strengthen relationships, and continue to enhance our fanbase in the UK and worldwide.”
The Jaguars are heading to London for their 15th and 16th games since 2013, playing back-to-back matches at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Wembley Stadium in 2026. This will be their third time playing consecutive games in London, solidifying their presence in the UK. The team has a 7-7 record in their 14 previous London games, with 11 matches at Wembley and three at Tottenham Hotspur.

“Last season was my first experience in London as head coach of the Jaguars, and my immediate takeaway was London is undoubtedly our home away from home.” Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Liam Coen told NFL.com.
"We have a passionate and knowledgeable fan base in London, built over time and still growing, and we're making a positive impact with fans throughout the United Kingdom as well. That's something our entire organization, starting with our ownership, has worked very hard to achieve and takes great pride in further developing each season.”
The NFL will announce the full 2026 season schedule in May, including the exact dates and times for the Jaguars' London games. Fans will have to wait until then to get the details on when they'll face off against the Commanders at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and their other opponent at Wembley Stadium.
Detroit Lions to Make History in Munich

This will be the Lions' first international game since 2015, when they faced the Kansas City Chiefs in London. The game will be played at FC Bayern Munich Stadium, with the opponent, date, and kickoff time to be announced in May.
Lions president and CEO Rod Wood expressed excitement about the opportunity, saying, “We are thrilled to be playing internationally and specifically in Munich for the 2026 season.“ Star receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, whose mother is from Germany, is also thrilled, calling it a “dream come true.”
