Liverpool's teenage sensation Rio Ngumoha signs his first professional contract with the Reds, promising a bright future for the young star.



Liverpool's 17-year-old forward Rio Ngumoha has signed his first professional contract with the club. Ngumoha, who joined Liverpool's academy from Chelsea in September 2024, has made a significant impact in his short time with the team. He became the club's youngest goalscorer after scoring a 100th-minute winner in his Premier League debut against Newcastle United last month.


The young forward has been impressing Liverpool's coaches and fans alike with his skills and fearless attitude on the field. Ngumoha's contract is reportedly set to last until 2028, which aligns with FA rules that dictate players under 18 can sign contracts for a maximum of three years. He has already made five senior appearances for Liverpool, including a Champions League match against Atletico Madrid.

The England youth international was handed his senior debut in an FA Cup tie with Accrington Stanley in January.
