Steve Smith suffered a compound dislocation of his right little finger while fielding in the slips during the World Test Championship final against South Africa at Lord's, and left the field in pain.
Steve Smith was assessed by Australian team medical staff and taken to the hospital for X-rays and further treatment after suffering a compound dislocation of his right little finger.

The 34-year-old isn't mentioned, instead 36-year-old former Australia captain Steve Smith has scored over 10,000 Test runs with an average exceeding 56 and made a valuable 66 in the first innings at Lord's.
Steve Smith's injury will be a concern for Australia ahead of their three-Test series against the West Indies, starting June 25 in Barbados.
