The team displayed prolific form this season, scoring over 100 goals, with 15 different players contributing. Notably, eight players scored eight or more goals, including Luuk de Jong (13), Noa Lang (11), Ricardo Pepi (11), and Malik Tillman (11), among others.

PSV Eindhoven's title win marks their fourth time prolonging their dominance in the Eredivisie since 2000. They previously won back-to-back titles in 2000 and 2001, four consecutive titles from 2005 to 2008, and again in 2015 and 2016. This year's victory bears a striking resemblance to their 2016 win, where Ajax led for much of the season but ultimately fell short after a crucial 1-1 draw against De Graafschap on the final day. Ajax's similar collapse this season handed PSV the title.
