The PGA of America is giving away 3,000 free tickets to the 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black in New York, covering tournament and practice rounds, as part of its 'The People's Perk' initiative.



The PGA of America will give away 3,000 Ryder Cup tickets to New Yorkers through its “The People's Perk” initiative. The program will surprise golf fans with free tickets over the next five months at Bethpage Black and other public courses in Long Island and the New York City metro area.


The PGA of America is offering 3,000 free tickets to New York-area residents for the 2025 Ryder Cup, covering both tournament and practice rounds. The tickets will be allocated across six days, with 500 tickets available per day.


“The People's Perk is a special way for us to celebrate the unparalleled dedication and enthusiasm of the New York golf community by providing them with a memorable experience at the 2025 Ryder Cup,” said PGA of America president Don Rea Jr.




Each recipient will receive two Ryder Cup tickets, although they won't be able to choose a specific date. The giveaways will feature PGA leaders and special guests, including Ryder Cup participants. Tickets will be distributed to local residents, first responders, and community groups in coordination with the Metropolitan PGA Section. The surprise giveaways will take place over the next five months at various public courses.


The Ryder Cup will take place at Bethpage Black from September 26-28, with Europe's Luke Donald aiming to defend the title against the US team led by Keegan Bradley.
