“I never had this opportunity before, even growing up as a kid, so I'm definitely looking forward to it,” Judge said on MLB Network. “Getting a chance to have 'USA' across my chest and represent all the great people in our country and represent what this country means, it's a great opportunity.” Judge's leadership will be crucial as the US aims to improve on its 2023 WBC final loss to Japan.

Mark DeRosa will manage Team USA for the second consecutive World Baseball Classic. The tournament is scheduled to run from March 5th to 17th, featuring first-round group play in Houston, Miami, Puerto Rico, and Tokyo. The semi-finals and championship game will be held in Miami.
