Serie A: Torino Fights Back to Earn Point Against Udinese in Thrilling Draw

Torino came from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 with Udinese, with Che Adams playing a key role in the comeback.

Torino staged an impressive comeback from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 away to Udinese, with Che Adams playing a key role. Udinese had taken the lead just before half-time when Isak Touré scored his first Serie A goal, poking home a corner kick from six yards out after Jaka Bijol had flicked it on.

The match saw both teams create chances, with Yann Karamoh and Florian Thauvin testing the goalkeeper for Torino. However, it was Udinese who doubled their lead when Lorenzo Lucca scored, putting Torino on the back foot. Che Adams then inspired the comeback, helping Torino fight back to earn a 2-2 draw. Alexis Sanchez also made a welcome return for Torino.

Udinese's goalkeeper, Sava, made a crucial save on a ferocious shot from Samuele Ricci, and Guillermo Maripán blocked Thauvin's follow-up attempt. However, Udinese scored from the resulting corner, with Lorenzo Lucca heading home from six yards out after being left relatively unmarked.

Torino pulled one back from a chaotic corner situation when Sava parried Che Adams' initial strike, but couldn't keep out the rebound. The Granata completed their comeback just 10 minutes later when Adams knocked back a loose ball for Samuele Ricci to score with a low drive into the bottom corner from 12 yards.

There were emotional scenes as Alexis Sanchez made his highly anticipated return, marking his first appearance in an Udinese jersey since May 2011.
