British darts player Andy Jenkins has received an 11-year ban from the sport after being found guilty of match-fixing and gambling charges. The Darts Regulation Authority announced the suspension on Wednesday.


Jenkins was found guilty of all 24 match-fixing charges against him, despite denying the allegations. He also accepted one charge of betting on darts and received a concurrent 12-month suspension.


Andy Jenkins, 54, has been ordered to pay £17,580.03 in costs following the disciplinary action. He has until May 6th to appeal the decision.


The Darts Regulation Authority clarified that there's no evidence other players involved in the matches were implicated in any wrongdoing.
