Arthur Fils and Holger Rune have advanced to the quarter-finals of the Barcelona Open, with Fils dominating Pedro Martinez and Rune coming from a set down to beat Sebastian Baez.
Holger Rune came from a set down to defeat Sebastian Baez 4-6, 6-1, 6-2 and reach the Barcelona Open quarter-finals. After a shaky start, Rune broke three times in the second set to turn the match around.

Rune's Strong Comeback
Baez took the first set, breaking Rune early and serving it out 4-6. However, Rune improved significantly in the next two sets, breaking three times in each to secure the win. He converted his third match point to seal the victory.

Arthur Fils also advanced to the quarter-finals of the Barcelona Open.

Arthur Fils Advances
Arthur Fils easily defeated Pedro Martinez 6-3, 6-2, advancing to the Barcelona Open quarter-finals. The 20-year-old world number 14 dominated the match, conceding just one break point which he successfully saved.
Upcoming Matches
Later on Wednesday, second-round matches will feature defending champion Casper Ruud against Hamad Medjedovic and 2024 runner-up Stefanos Tsitsipas against Sebastian Korda. These matches will determine more quarter-finalists in the tournament.
