Peters will succeed Frank Pollack, who was among the Bengals coaches let go on January 6th. The Bengals' offensive line struggled similarly, ranking 28th overall. Quarterback Joe Burrow was sacked 48 times this past season, tying for fifth-most alongside Minnesota Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold.
Before joining the Patriots, Peters served as the offensive line assistant coach for the Cleveland Browns from 2020 to 2023. He will be joined by Michael McCarthy, who worked as Peters' assistant in New England.
