Bournemouth Boss Andoni Iraola Praises Outgoing Max Aarons

Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola has praised Max Aarons for his professionalism after the defender's solid display in their 5-1 FA Cup win against West Brom.

Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola has expressed his gratitude to defender Max Aarons, who put in a solid performance in their 5-1 FA Cup win against West Brom on Saturday. Despite being on the verge of a transfer to Valencia, Aarons featured in the match, and Iraola praised his professionalism. “Yes, there are things ongoing right now with Max and I have to thank him because we asked him to do probably a last effort of 45 minutes,” Iraola told the Daily Echo.

Iraola commended Aarons for his dedication and commitment to the team, even as he prepares to leave. “A top professional,” Iraola said. “He has given his best and I think the agreement is quite close right now.” Aarons is set to join Valencia on loan with an option to buy, marking the end of his time at Bournemouth.
