The addition of Skov Olsen strengthens Wolfsburg's right-wing options for the second half of the season. He joins the Lower Saxony side immediately and brings his pace, technical skills, and goal-scoring threat to the team. Skov Olsen's signing is expected to bolster Wolfsburg's attacking department.
VfL sporting director Sebastian Schindzielorz expressed his delight at securing Skov Olsen's services. “We're delighted to have signed Skov Olsen, a player who is dynamic, has strong technical skills and extremely dangerous in front of goal,” Schindzielorz said. He praised Skov Olsen's technique, pace, and strong left foot, stating that he will be a valuable addition to the team. Schindzielorz is confident that Wolfsburg can provide the ideal environment for Skov Olsen to continue his development and reach his full potential.
Skov Olsen himself expressed his happiness at joining Wolfsburg. “I'm very happy to finally be here,” he said after signing his contract and participating in his first training session on Friday afternoon.
