Unknown gunmen have kidnapped Doctor Donatus Nwasor from his clinic in Utagba-Uno, Ndokwa West LGA, Delta State. His car was found abandoned near Iselegu Junction.

A disturbing incident occurred on Wednesday, November 27, in Utagba-Uno, Ndokwa West Local Government Area (LGA), Delta State. Doctor Donatus Nwasor was kidnapped from his clinic by unknown gunmen.

The assistant nurse at the clinic, who wishes to remain anonymous, revealed the shocking news. According to the nurse, the kidnapping occurred on Wednesday, leaving the clinic and the local community in a state of distress.

She said, “As the doctor entered his car after closing around 8 pm and switched on the ignition, a call came.

“While the engine was on, he stepped out to answer the phone call.

“Suddenly, about five men came out of a nearby bush and hit him down, dragged him into his car and drove away.

“One of the abductors' rubber sandals fell off at the clinic premises, and they drove towards the Ugiliamai/Iselegu area.”

The doctor's vehicle was later found abandoned near Iselegu Junction, along the Asaba-bound highway in Delta.
