Citing the recent Iran-Israel conflict as an example, Zelenskiy noted that effective collaboration among allies can make a significant difference. Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the Kharkiv region, reported that a Russian bomb blast ripped through a residential building in the Saltivka district of Kharkiv, Ukraine, striking between the third and fourth floors. This devastating attack is part of the ongoing conflict in the region.

As the head of the Kharkiv Regional Civil-Military Administration, Syniehubov has been at the forefront of responding to the crisis in the region. The Saltivka district has been a target of Russian attacks, causing significant damage and displacement of civilians.
