Notorious bandit leader Kachalla Ibrahim Gurgun Daji has been killed by a rival faction in Kwanar Nasiru, Zamfara State. The incident occurred on Sunday, October 13, 2024, and his body was left at the scene.

Security analyst Zagazola Makama confirmed the incident on Monday, October 14, stating that Daji was infamous for his criminal activities, including violent attacks along the Kwatarkwashi-Mada road and surrounding areas. His base of operations was Shangel village, east of Mada town.
