Bayern Munich demand €50m fixed fee for Matthijs de Ligt amid Manchester United interest. Director Max Eberl confirms plan, citing need for all parties to be happy.

Bayern Munich director Max Eberl has confirmed that the club is seeking a fixed fee of €50m for defender Matthijs de Ligt, amid interest from Manchester United. Eberl emphasized that all parties involved must be satisfied with the terms, indicating that Bayern is unwilling to compromise on the transfer fee.

Regarding de Ligt's potential departure, Eberl remained tight-lipped, stating, “I will comment on the reasons when it's time. It is not that time yet.” He added that the club will continue to support de Ligt, who remains a Bayern player for now.

Director Max Eberl said: “Of course, all parties have to be happy,” told @SkySportDE.

“You have to think about what you decide and how he feels. He's still a Bayern player, we always support him,” he added.

Eberl's comments suggest that Bayern is in no rush to sell de Ligt, and will only consider a transfer if their valuation is met.
