AC Milan target Tammy Abraham as their new striker, with talks planned with AS Roma, after Niclas Füllkrug joined West Ham United instead.

AC Milan have identified Tammy Abraham as their top target to bolster their attacking options, with plans to sign the AS Roma striker having been in place since July 12. The Rossoneri are expected to engage in talks with Roma to facilitate a transfer, as they seek to bring Abraham to the San Siro.

Contrary to previous reports, Milan were never close to signing Niclas Füllkrug, as the German striker didn't fit the profile of the player they were looking for. Füllkrug has since agreed to join West Ham United, leaving Milan to focus on securing Abraham's services.

Abraham's move to Milan would mark a significant addition to Stefano Pioli's squad, providing a clinical and experienced striker to lead the line.
