Mikel Arteta, Arsenal's head coach, has shared his initial impressions of Gabriel Jesus since the Brazilian striker return from injury prone season. Arteta revealed that Jesus exudes a unique energy, which was evident from the moment he Pre-season started.

“The first feeling when I saw him this summer... it was something different,” Arteta said. “I could sense it. The energy from Gabriel was different. The way he looks is different. The way he moves is different... he looks good!”

Arteta's comments suggest that Jesus has already made a significant impact on the team, bringing a fresh dynamic to the squad.

In other news, Arteta provided an update on Jurrien Timber's fitness, stating that the defender has experienced minor discomfort in his foot over the past few days. 

Arteta clarifies: “Jurrien Timber had little discomfort in his foot the last few days.

“After the time he has been out, we did not want to take any risks.”

As a precautionary measure, the club has opted not to rush Timber back into action, given his recent time out.
