Son Of Former Kogi Governor Collapses And Dies In Abuja After Eid Prayer
HONORABLE Mohammed Idris, a former Kogi State representative in the House of Representatives, has passed away.
The former legislator, Ibrahim Idris, the son of a former Kogi State governor, slumped to his death in his home on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, not long after returning from the Eid-el-Fitr prayer in Abuja.
Mohammed's father was the state governor of Kogi State, and he previously served as the representative for the Ankpa, Olamaboro, and Omala Federal Constituencies in the House of Representatives.
Since then, he has been buried in the Gudu Cemetery in accordance with Islamic customs following a funeral prayer at the National Mosque in Abuja that was witnessed by a large gathering of mourners.
