The club's intention to sell lucky striker Victor Osimhen in the summer has been reaffirmed by Napoli President Aurelio de Laurentiis.
Osimhen signed a contract extension last December, but it is expected that he will leave the defending Serie A champions at the end of the campaign.
It is said that the release clause is worth between €120 and €130 million.
The Italian asserted that it would be challenging to prevent the Nigerian from joining a larger team.
“While some players stay for years, others are wanted by PSG, Arsenal, Man City, and Chelsea,” transfer expert Fabrizio Romano said of De Laurentiis.
“It's difficult to keep players when they are wanted by rich clubs.”
“I can confirm there's a release clause, very high one.”
Osimhen has made 15 league appearances for Napoli this season, scoring 11 goals.
