Suspected gunmen have kidnapped Akeem Akintola, chairman of the Oyo state tipper, lorry and quarry park

The Chairman of Oyo State Tipper, Lorry And Quarry Park Management System, Alhaji Akeem Akintola, popularly known as Kuso, has been abducted by gunmen.

Akintola was abducted in the early hours of Saturday, around Ajiboye area, Omi Apata, Ibadan, the state capital.

The attackers reportedly stormed Akintola's residence and abducted him to an unknown destination.

According to reports, the attackers broke into Akintola's home and kidnapped him, taking him somewhere unknown.

The abduction has been verified by family members and friends. Police haven't yet offered a statement on the matter, though.

“The gunmen arrived earlier this morning and attacked him without any resistance before whisking him away,” a source said.
