Lagos Will Make The Magodo Lowland Accessible
Lagos to create access to Magodo lowland after complaints from residents
The Magodo Lowland will have independent access, according to the Lagos State Government.
Dr. Oluyinka Olumide, the Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, said this on Friday, November 24, 2023, in Alausa.
According to the Commissioner, the administration of Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu in the state was showing that it was paying attention to the issues raised by the Magodo II Residents Association by facilitating access to the virgin land outside of Magodo GRA.
“Considering the history and dynamics of the Magodo saga, the Lagos State Government will continue to strive to harmonise all valid interests and ensure that law and order is maintained at all times,” he said.
He urged everyone involved to work with the state administration to resolve the issue in a way that would last.
