Supreme Court Set To Deliver Judgment On Presidential Election

President Bola Tinubu, Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar 

The Supreme Court is scheduled to rule on Thursday, October 26, 2023, on Atiku and Obi's lawsuit against Tinubu.

The lawsuits involving Peter Obi and the Labour Party, Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party, and Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress have all been ordered for a date of judgment by the Supreme Court.

The decision will be made on October 26, 2023, a Thursday. After the Supreme Court heard the petitions filed by the PDP and LP candidates contesting the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal's decision upholding Tinubu's election victory, all parties concerned decided on this date
