Transfer: Napoli And Osimhen's Agent Are Negotiating A New Contract

Napoli began contract negotiations with the representative of Victor Osimhen after claiming their first Serie A championship in 33 years.

Aurelio De Laurentiis, the club's president, is reportedly in direct talks with the forward's agent, Roberto Calenda, according to Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.

Chelsea, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, and Manchester United have all been mentioned in connection with Osimhen.

The Nigerian won't be allowed to leave the club this summer, De Laurentiis promised Napoli supporters last week.

The club president is now determined to sign the legendary forward to a new, long-term deal.

Osimhen is on pace to win Serie A's top scorer award after tallying 23 goals in the league this year.

The 24-year-old's contract, which runs through June 2025, was acquired from Ligue 1 club Lille for €75 million plus other add-ons in September 2020.
