Joyce Jackman, a former chef for the Royal Air Force who turned 102 on May 9, shared the key to her long life.

The woman from Essex attributes her contentment and happiness to having fun in bed.

Jackson, a native of the UK, tells the nurses at her care facility in Essex that the combination of "good s*x and good sherry" is what has enabled her to survive for more than a century.

"I had such a lovely day," she told South West News Service. "I can't believe I'm 102," she exclaimed. "It must be all the chocolate I eat that's helped!

Before joining the RAF as a cook during World War II, Jackman was a young girl who worked in a confectionery shop. When the war was over in 1945, she wed Terence Jackman, the love of her life, and they went on to have a wonderful marriage. Jackman loved to help out by taking care of the kids in her neighborhood, despite the fact that she had never had children of her own.
