PART OF THE OONI OF IFE'S PALACE IS DESTROYED BY FIRE

A building apartment within the Palace of Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ooni of Ife, has been destroyed by fire.

The inferno, which was ignited by a power surge, began around 11:30 p.m. on Friday, according to a statement signed by Palace spokesperson Moses Olafare.
