LA LIGA OFFERS MESSI FAVORABLE TERMS FOR HIS RETURN TO BARCELONA FROM PSG

Lionel Messi would earn less at Barcelona if he returns from PSG, according to La Liga President Javier Tebas.

Messi is poised to quit the Ligue 1 winners when his current deal expires this summer.

PSG suspended Argentina's captain this week after an unapproved travel to Saudi Arabia.

Messi's association with the French club is considered to be over.

Tebas has now stated that in order for Messi to return to Barcelona, the La Liga club must also sell players for a high price.

"If Barça signs Leo Messi, his salary will be less than what it is at Paris Saint-Germain.

"His return is now conditional on selling players. I think that Barça will get a good amount from selling players this summer," Tebas said.
