Heaven Can't Intervene For Obi, Who Was Legitimately Elected By Tinubu - DSS Director General's Son, Abba Bichi

Despite legal actions filed by rival candidates contesting his election, Abba, a son of Director General of the State Security Service, DSS, Yusuf Magaji Bichi, claims that Bola Tinubu is the "legally elected president."

He specifically mocked Peter Obi, the Labour Party's nominee for president, by joking that even heaven couldn't take Tinubu's victory back and give it to him.

He asserted that heaven would prefer to declare Tinubu the rightful president and send Obi back.

This was said by Abba in a recent Instagram post.

Legitimately elected president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he wrote with a photo of Tinubu. Even if Peter Obi lets him go to paradise, Asiwaju will be proclaimed president of this wonderful country and sent back by heaven.

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja has reportedly postponed its meeting until May 10, 2023.

In court to discuss the results of the presidential election were attorneys for Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, Peter Obi of the Labour Party, Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, and the Independent National Electoral Commission, or INEC.

The victories of Tinubu in the most recent elections are being contested by the other two contenders.

The tribunal's five-member panel, presided over by Justice Haruna Tsammani, issued a warning to attorneys during today's first hearing.

Tsammani urged attorneys to cut out pointless formalities and focus on the substance of their clients' claims.

Unneeded technicalities may cause the hearing of petitions to be delayed, according to Justice Tsammani.

"Election is time-bound; let us not waste unnecessary time. Let us cooperate with each other so that everyone will leave here satisfied.

"Avoid unnecessary technicalities. We are determined to look at all the matters brought before us. Let us look at what is good for our country and avoid time-wasting applications," he said.
