Borno Hisbah shaves the hair of young people because he believes it is immoral

The security force justified what some have called a breach of human rights by claiming that the haircut was done during the Eid Fitr celebration.

According to a statement on its Facebook page, its employees, "the task of monitoring the interaction of young and women."

It was stated that the "army is determined to see that the young people come up with new and inappropriate habits during the prayer ceremony."

Abdurrahaman Musa, the commander of Hisbah, described why the men carried out the action.
