UCL: GUARDIOLA SINGLES OUT ONE MAN CITY PLAYER FOLLOWING BAYERN'S WIN

Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, praised Bernardo Silva's performance in their 3-0 win over Bayern Munich in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final.

Silva, according to the Spaniard, is one of the best players he has ever worked with.

The Portuguese midfielder scored the game's second goal and tormented the visitors' defense throughout.

"He is a player who you say is going to play in that position and you do not have to say anything else.

"I have been lucky to coach some very good players for Barca and Bayern.

"He is one of the best players I ever trained in my life, ever. He is something special as a football player," Guardiola said.
