PROPHETESS, FAMOUS COUPLE ARE WANTED AFTER DRUG BUST, SAYS NDLEA
The founder of Christ Power Adoration Ministries and prophetess Faith Ugochi, who resides in Port Harcourt, has been listed as wanted by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
The anti-drug organization is also looking for information on the location of Igho Ubiribo and Danielle Simba Allen, a famous couple.
The three allegedly recruited young women for a global drug trafficking organization that operated out of Los Angeles, California.
A shipment of 32.70 kilograms of Loud had been confiscated by NDLEA agents at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport's NAHCO import yard in Ikeja, Lagos.
Following the arrest of freight agent Ukoh Ifeanyi Oguguo, more inquiries resulted in the detention of four additional individuals: Chikodi Favour, Obiyom Shalom Chiamaka, Nnochiri Chidinma Promise, and Edward Omatseye (a.k.a. Montana).
The first salesgirl detained at a gas station in the Ajah district of Lagos was 15-year-old Favour. She then guided the agents to a duplex residence in Lekki's Ikate neighborhood.
The house was found to be a rented flat used by the criminal organization specifically for the young girls it employs for the sale and distribution of illegal narcotics.
Along with Favour, another female was chosen: Shalom, a recent Agricultural Science graduate from Rivers State University of Science and Technology
The syndicate rented a different structure at Richmond Estate, Lekki that was a narcotics storehouse. A sealing machine, a bloating machine, and packing bags were discovered among the drug paraphernalia.
Edward Omatseye, who admitted to working for Igho and his wife Danielle, the top leaders of the criminal organization, was apprehended in Lekki as a result of a follow-up operation.
The Federal High Court in Lagos issued an order declaring Prophetess Faith Ugochi and the famous couple wanted, the NDLEA said.
