UCL: LAMPARD SETS AN UNFAVORABLE RECORD AS CHELSEA MANAGER FOLLOWING REAL MADRID'S DEFEAT
Frank Lampard became the first Chelsea manager in the club's 118-year history to lose his first four games in charge on Tuesday night.
Following Graham Potter's dismissal, Lampard returned to Stamford Bridge on an interim basis until the end of the season on April 6.
His return, however, has not gone as planned, since there has been no new manager bounce so far.
On his first game back, the Blues were defeated 1–0 by Wolves in the Premier League.
Following that, Real Madrid defeated them 2-0 in the opening leg of the Champions League quarter-finals.
Chelsea was defeated 2-1 at home by Brighton in the Premier League last weekend.
They were then eliminated from the Champions League after losing 2-0 to Real Madrid again.
Their next Premier League match is against Brentford.
