GOV. UGWUANYI PRAISES MUSLIMS AND EMPHASIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF PEACE, LOVE, AND UNITY

As Muslims celebrate Eid-el-Fitr to commemorate the conclusion Ramadan, Enugu State Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has urged Nigerians to view the holiday as a morale booster in our country's pursuit of peace, togetherness, and growth.

In his Sallah greeting, Governor Ugwuanyi congratulated Muslim faithful on the successful completion of Ramadan, noting that the intrinsic benefits of the fast's spiritual rebirth are tremendous and compelling.

The governor emphasized the importance of all Nigerians praying and continuing to live in peace and harmony, loving and cherishing one another as citizens of one nation under God bound in freedom, peace, and unity.

As a result, he wished Nigerians a joyous occasion and urged Muslims to be devoted to the essential virtues of peace, love, togetherness, patience, tolerance, perseverance, and sacrifice as exemplified by the Holy Prophet Muhammad.
