FRANCE'S EX-COACH URGES ZIDANE CLUB TO JOIN

Raymond Domenech, a former France coach, has advised former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane to join Paris Saint-Germain rather than Juventus.

According to recent reports, Zidane, who has been connected with PSG in recent weeks, will be appointed as Juventus manager ahead of next season.

The Serie A heavyweights are claimed to have already held conversations with Zidane, a former Juventus player, and a deal appears certain barring financial obstacles.

"PSG would be more ambitious than Juventus because there are more things to do. At Juve, he arrives and knows how it works, he (Zidane) knows he would have no worries," Domenech was quoted by Sportskeeda as saying.

He added: "He will finish among the top 3 in Italy and will play in the European Cup.

"But in Paris, there is everything to do. Take control, build something and above all, all succeed. Everyone who has gone through this club has failed, so succeeding at PSG is an ambitious project."
