EPL: KOMPANY DISCUSSES BECOMING CHELSEA MANAGER

Burnley manager Vincent Kompany has stated that he has decided not to feed the rumours around Chelsea.

Kompany's reputation as a coach has grown following gaining promotion to the Premier League at the first attempt.

At the EFL awards, the Belgian was also crowned Manager of the Year.

When asked if he wanted to join Chelsea or Tottenham, Kompany told talkSPORT: "I made this decision before even starting the season that I was never going to get involved in speculation.

"I think the biggest respect you can have is for people you are working with, to show that you are completely dedicated to what they have entrusted you to do. I don't want to talk about anything else."
