SAM AMADI EXPLAINS WHY PETER OBI'S PETITION IS VALID
Obi's plea to the election tribunal, according to Amadi, contained the fundamental point he had been making, namely that the election was probably unlawful due to the failure to send results electronically directly from polling stations.
The scholar, whose comment was made public on Tuesday via his Twitter handle, stated that only individuals who do not understand administrative law would disagree with his argument.
He wrote, "The @PeterObi petition has the main point I have been making. The February 25 election is probably invalid for failure to ELECTRONICALLY transmit results direct from PUs. By Clause 38 & S. 60, 64 EA, it is mandatory.
"Anyone who disagrees doesn't understand Administrative Law."
