INEC DECLARES LP'S ALEX OTTI THE WINNER OF THE ABIA ELECTION

The Abia state governorship election has been declared won by Alex Otti of the Labour Party, LP, by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Otti was victorious after defeating Okey Ahiwe of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
