RONALDO IS NEARING AN AGREEMENT TO JOIN AL-NASSR FOR A WHOPPING €200 MILLION PER YEAR

Cristiano Ronaldo, a former star for Manchester United, is allegedly close to agreeing to a major transfer to the All-Nassr team in Saudi Arabia.

Ronaldo has reportedly been given a two-year deal by Al-Nassr, who may sign the 37-year-old for free if he leaves Manchester United, according to the Spanish daily Marca.

According to Marca, Ronaldo has also drawn interest from the MLS, but he is keen to sign a contract that will pay him the greatest money if he decides to end his illustrious career in Europe. If the Portugal forward accepts a deal to play for the Saudi Arabian club until 2025, Al-Nassr will pay him a total of £400 million.

Ronaldo's second stint at Old Trafford ended bitterly earlier this month when United announced the mutual termination of his contract.

The choice was taken in response to the infamous interview the five-time Ballon d'Or winner gave to Piers Morgan, in which he accused the team of abandoning him and acknowledged he had little respect for head coach Erik ten Hag.
