A video showing a woman named Dorothy Nabulime assaulting her two-year-old daughter has sparked worldwide outrage.

In the viral video, the suspect is seen repeatedly beating the victim with a shoe while yelling unprintable names at her. The victim then falls out of the basin, onto the verandah, and headfirst onto the ground, but the bitter lady continues to beat her with the shoe, pleading with her to get up and bathe.

Dorothy, on the other hand, was arrested and will appear in court on Monday, according to Ugandan police.
