The uncertainty will end before the end of the year, Nigerians are assured by President Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari has stated that insecurity will be eliminated by the end of the year 2022.

He made the assurance on Saturday, September 24, at the grand finale of the 2022 Olojo Festival in Ile-Ife, Osun, according to Newsmen.

However, in a message sent through the Minister of Internal Affairs, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, the president stated that all Nigerians must participate in the fight to end insecurity.

He stated that the fight against insecurity could not be left to the security agencies alone.

"All of us must be concerned about security. The government will play its part; we must work together with security agencies to overcome the challenges of insecurity," he stated.
