NIGERIAN LADIES ARRESTED FOR BEING IN POSSESSION OF 700G OF HEROIN IN INDIA

Two Nigerian ladies identified as Hope and Lisa, who reside in New Delhi, have landed in police net.

It is reported that the duo were arrested in Khanna, India after police recovered about 40 lakh rupees worth of 700 grams of heroin. Sub inspector Ajmer Singh stated that the suspects were carrying the substance from Delhi to Jalandhar

DSP Khanna William JG said that the suspects alighted from the vehicle on sighting the police. They were accosted and interrogated by the police who suspected they were hiding something in their bags.

India Times reports that a case has been registered against the suspects and they will be charged to court.
