Mammoth crowd in Yola as OPEC secretary-general, Muhammad Barkindo, is buried
The late Secretary-General of the Organisation Of Petroleum Exporting Countries, Muhammad Sanusi Barkindo, has been buried in his hometown, Yola, Adamawa.
Barkindo died late Tuesday, hours after meeting President Muhammadu Buhari who described him as a worthy ambassador of the country.
The final prayers for him held at the Yola Central Mosque.
