CIBN PRESIDENT AND MANAGEMENT TEAM PAY COURTESY VISIT TO PARALLEX BANK

The President of the Chartered Institute of Banker's of Nigeria (CIBN) harped on the need for Capacity building for Staff of Banks generally and the need for the Management of the Bank to leverage the available training programs available to enhance Staff Knowledge and introduce Staff registration to the institute and encourage them to pay their subscription.

The CIBN President also introduced the Chartered Banker MBA program for senior staff of the Bank and the affiliated benefits in collaboration with the Lagos Business School (LBS) and connection with the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Scotland.

A suggestion was noted that Parallex Bank can take up as a Corporate Social Responsibility, the endowment of the Best Student in any examination diet and award the best in any of the Courses in the curriculum.

The CIBN Registrar & CEO informed us of the upcoming 15th Banking & Finance Conference coming up for the consideration of the Management of Parallex Bank to review for possible participation.

Corporate Registration and membership of the Council of MDs were also introduced to the Bank.

The meeting also gave Mayor the opportunity to dwell into the history of the bank with various value propositions introduced to CIBN executives for their considerations.
