Atiku picks Okowa ahead of Wike as running mate for 2023 presidential election.

The presidential Flagbearer of the People's Democratic party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has announced delta state governor, Ifeanyi Okowa as the vice presidential candidates of the party ahead of the 2023 presidential election.

Alhaji Abubakar made the announcement few minutes ago while addressing Members of the national working committee of the party at the party's Secretariat in Abuja Thursday.

This choice opposes that of the National Working Committe (NWC) who endorsed Nyesom Wike for the VP ticket.
